Although "Guaranteed Income for Life" provides a guaranteed income base as well as guaranteed minimum withdrawal benefits, "Guaranteed Income for Life" investment options are variable investments and may lose value. Withdrawals in excess of the guaranteed lifetime income amount will reduce future guaranteed minimum withdrawal benefits proportionally.
